Realty Access provides a platform that offers:

• Access to real estate property listings, including for-sale and for-rent properties.

• Tools and resources for searching, comparing, and saving properties.

• A platform for Real Estate Professionals to list properties and connect with potential buyers and tenants.

• Market data, analytics, and related information.

Realty Access is a listing platform and not a licensed real estate broker. We do not represent you as your agent in any real estate transaction unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Accuracy: Real Estate Professionals are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their listings and Content. Realty Access does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing.

• License: By posting Content on the Platform, you grant Realty Access a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content in connection with providing the Services.

• Prohibited Content: You may not post Content that is infringing, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of our policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Realty Access platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Realty Access and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• “As Is” Basis: The Services and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• No Professional Advice: The information on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realty Access shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Services.
